PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various systems and methods capable of performing hemodialysis more efficiently, easily and/or at lower cost.SOLUTION: A hemodialysis system is provided with a cassette system including a dialysis solution flow channel where a dialysis solution passes and flows from a dialysis solution supply body through a dialyzer, and a blood flow channel, which is a separate body from the cassette system. The dialysis solution flow channel includes a balancing fluid circuit, a mixed fluid circuit, and an orientation fluid circuit combined into one cassette assembly. The balancing fluid circuit, the mixed fluid circuit, and the orientation fluid circuit are formed by a first cassette, a second cassette, and a third cassette respectively.
