The present invention relates to a composition comprising a bonesetting gongjindan (a fermented oriental medicinal pill) for bone regeneration and bone cell differentiation. Specifically, a bonesetting gongjindan extract manufactured by mixing Cervus nippon, Angelica gigas, Cornus officinalis, Carthamus tinctorius, Sambucus williamsii, and Aquilariae lignum induces differentiation from osteoblasts to osteocytes and increases the expression of genes and proteins related to osteoogenesis to exhibit an effect of promoting bone formation and bone cell differentiation, thereby being able to be usefully used for preventing or treating bone-related diseases.본 발명은 골 재생 및 골 세포 분화를 위한 접골공진단을 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 녹용, 당귀, 산수유, 홍화자, 접골목 및 침향을 혼합하여 제조된 접골공진단 추출물은 조골세포에서 골세포로의 분화를 유도하고, 골형성(osteogenesis) 관련 유전자 및 단백질의 발현을 증가시켜, 골형성 및 골세포 분화 촉진 효과를 나타냄으로써, 골 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
