The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a mixture powder of vitamin C when manufacturing vitamin C formulations by using a method for directly compressing powders, including the steps of mixing vitamin C and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in a U type mixer under conditions like 18 and 30 degrees Celsius and 60% of humidity for 5 minutes putting purified water to the mixture of vitamin C and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and mixing the same making the same granules in a granule making device under conditions like 18 and 30 degrees Celsius and 60% of humidity drying the granule in a fluid bed dryer at 60 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes and formulating the vitamin C and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose with use of a formulating device at 18 to 30 degrees Celsius and 60% of humidity.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 직타법을 이용한 비타민C 정제 제조시 사용하는 비타민C 혼합분말의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 비타민C, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스를 U형 혼합기로 온도 18~30, 습도 60% 이하에서 15rpm으로 5분간 혼합하고, 비타민C, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스에 정제수를 넣어 혼합하며, 상기 혼합물을 과립기를 이용하여 온도 18~30℃, 습도 60% 이하에서 과립하고, 상기 과립물을 유동층 건조기를 이용하여 온도 60℃에서 30분간 건조한 후 비타민C, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스를 정립기를 이용하여 온도 18~30℃, 습도 60% 이하에서 정립한다.
