PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively infiltrate rain water fell inside a box where a tree or plant is to be planted into the ground so that the rain water collected by the tree is effectively supplied to its own roots in order to use the water resource beneficially.SOLUTION: As a permeable surface layer is provided in a box where a tree or a plant is to be planted so that a structure can infiltrate the rain water into the ground, even a heavy rain will not bring about a threat of submergence, and additionally the rain water can be used for the growth of the tree beneficially. Furthermore, as an elastic material is permeably interposed between the inner periphery of a hole for the tree and the external periphery of the tree, even if the tree becomes bigger the surface is free from damage, and the rain water flowing down along the tree can be guided into the ground. As plants are planted so that a water receiver will not become conspicuous, no threat exists for deteriorating the view and it is preferable for the purpose of environmental preservation as well. The sunlight being blocked on the surface, it is a weed-proof.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】水資源を有効利用すべく、樹木や植栽を植える枡の内側に降った雨水は効果的に地中に浸透させ、樹木で集めた雨水は自身の根に効果的に給水されるようにする。【解決手段】樹木や植栽を植える枡の中に、透水性の表層を設けて、雨水が地中に浸透可能な構造にしてあるので、大雨が降っても冠水の恐れは無く、しかも雨水を樹木の生育に有効利用できる。さらに、樹木用の穴の内周と樹木の外周との間に弾性材を透水可能に介在させてあるので、樹木が太っても表層が破損する恐れはなく、かつ樹木に伝って流下する雨水は地中に導かれる。前記の水受けが目立たないように植物を植えてあるので、景観を低下させる恐れはないし、環境保全の上でも好まれる。太陽光は表層で遮断されるので、雑草が生えることもない。【選択図】図3
