PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape with a thread which is mainly used for water-proof use or medical use, and which can cope with the case where a tube or the like through which a liquid or a gass passes or a tube or the like used in water is holed to cause water leak or air leak which does not stop, or the case where a finger, an arm or the like is cut to cause bleeding which does not stop.SOLUTION: A tape with a thread includes a substrate 3 having an adhesive layer 4, and a thread 2 windable a plurality of times on the adhesive layer.
