The present invention relates to a complex skin massage machine, more specifically, to a complex skin massage machine which provides an ultrasonic vibration function, a vacuum suction function, a heating function using an LED combined with LED light and heat, and makes selective use of skin cosmetic massage by function by replacing a functional tip. The complex skin massage machine of the present invention comprises: a handset (100) which includes a tip mount unit (110) or attaching and detaching a cosmetic tip for providing a special cosmetic function； a connection cable (200) for connecting the handset and control body； a special cosmetic control unit (310), to which one side of the connection cable is connected, for controlling special cosmetic functions； and a control body (300) which includes a tip storage unit (320) formed on one side to store cosmetic tips which provide the special cosmetic functions.
