PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levee-plastering machine equipped with a pretreatment part having a tilling tine to be hardly deformed at the end of the row during a levee-plastering operation.SOLUTION: A levee-plastering machine includes a pretreatment part that is arranged at a lateral offset position relative to a traveling machine, levels an old levee and heaps up soil, progresses with traveling of the traveling machine and performs a levee-plastering operation. The pretreatment part has a first tilling tine 67, a second tilling tine and a third tilling tine 70 that are arranged on a tilling shaft extended to the front side in the traveling direction and are in a plurality of rows at prescribed intervals in a shaft center direction. The first tilling tine 67 at the end of the row has a longitudinal blade part 67b and a lateral blade part 67c continuously extended from a mounting base 67a, the lateral blade part 67c is bent forward relative to the longitudinal blade part 67b and is fixed to a tine holder 58 mounted in the tilling shaft. The tine holder 58 has a holder front plate part 58b arranged at a front side in the traveling direction and a holder rear plate part 58c arranged opposingly to a rear side in the traveling direction of the holder front plate part and the holder rear plate part 58c has a longer projection length to the tilling shaft than the holder front plate part 58b.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】畦塗り作業時に、最後列に変形しにくい耕耘爪を有した前処理部を備える畦塗り機を提供する。【解決手段】畦塗り機は、走行機体に対して側方のオフセット位置に配置され、旧畦を切り崩して土盛りを行う前処理部を備え、走行機体の走行とともに進行して畦塗り作業を行う。前処理部は、進行方向前方側に延びる耕耘軸に軸芯方向に所定間隔を有して複数列に設けられた第1耕耘爪67,第2耕耘爪、第3耕耘爪70を有する。最後列の第1耕耘爪67は取付基部67aから連続して延びる縦刃部67b及び横刃部67cを有し、横刃部67cは縦刃部67bに対して前方側へ弯曲し、耕耘軸に設けられた爪ホルダ58に固定される。爪ホルダ58は、進行方向前側に配置されたホルダ前板部58bと、これよりも進行方向後側に対向配置されたホルダ後板部58cを有し、ホルダ後板部58cはホルダ前板部58bよりも耕耘軸に対する突出長さが長い。【選択図】 図6
