PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood separation chamber configured to be quickly and reliably mounted on a mounting groove of a centrifuge rotor, and a blood collection circuit set.SOLUTION: A blood separation chamber 18A of a blood collection circuit set 12 can be mounted on a rotor 78 including a mounting groove 86 having depth in the vertical direction and opened upward.
