PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary toothbrush with a horizontally or vertically rotatable head part, which does not have such a trouble that the head part rotates leftward or rightward during tooth-brushing and can stably brush teeth.SOLUTION: A rotary toothbrush includes: a handle with a lever； an operating rod operated together with the lever to linearly move in a length direction of the handle； a tilting member 400 coupled to tilting guide grooves of the operating rod to thereby be tilted when the operating rod moves forward；； a head part 200 having a rotation shaft rotatably fixed to the tilting member 400 to thereby be tilted together with the tilting member 400 and having bristles implanted therein； a rotation drive member 500 which is connected to the rotation shaft, rotates the rotation shaft when the operating rod is moved forward, thereby allowing the head part to form a T shape with respect to the handle； and a first fixing part which is provided between the handle and the lever and fixes the lever in a state in which the lever is rotated forward or rearward.【課題】ヘッド部を水平又は垂直方向に回転可能に設けた回転歯ブラシにおいて、歯を磨く際にヘッド部が左右に回転する問題がなく、安定的且に歯磨きがでる歯ブラシのを提供する。【解決手段】レバーが設けられたつまみ部；レバーと連動され、つまみ部の長手方向に沿って直線移動する作動ロッド；作動ロッドのティルティング案内溝に結合され作動ロッドが前方に移動する際に、傾斜するようにティルティングされるティルティング部材４００；回転軸がティルティング部材４００に回転可能に固定され、ティルティング部材４００とともに傾斜するようにティルティングされ、植毛されたヘッド部２００；回転軸に連結され、作動ロッドが前方に移動される際に回転軸を回転させ、これにヘッド部を、つまみ部に対してＴ字をなすようにする回転駆動部材５００；及びつまみ部とレバーの間に備えられ、レバーを前方向又は後方向に回転した状態で固定する第１固定部を含む。【選択図】図３
