FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for outpatient surgical management of fractures of distal epimetaphysis of radial bone. Apparatus for treating fractures of distal epimetaphysis of a radial bone consists of three K-wires, three props – proximal, middle and distal, interconnected by pins. Proximal and middle supports are connected by means of three pins. Semi-ring supports are used as supports. Two spokes are intended for insertion through the radial bone in the middle third and lower third of the radial bone proximal to the fracture and are made with possibility of tensioning to visual bending by creating a compression between the proximal and middle support. Third pin is intended for the second, third, fourth, fifth metacarpal bones and fixation in the distal semi-ring support. Method of treating fractures of distal epimetaphysis of a radial bone, for implementation of which the above device is used, wherein the following is performed: 1) anesthesia; 2) disinfection; 3) conducting two parallel K-wires in the middle third and lower third of the radial bone, perpendicular to the radial bone in the anteroex surface; 4) conducting the third K-wire through the second, third, fourth, fifth metacarpal bones so that the needle input is in the middle third of the second metacarpal bone, and the output in the region of the fifth metacarpal head; 5) installation of aseptic dressings and plugs on each pin; 6) installation of semi-rings on each spoke; 7) connection of proximal and middle semi-rings by means of pins; 8) tensioning two spokes drawn through the radial bone in the middle third and lower third of the radial bone with straight fingers until visual flexion by creating a compression between the proximal and middle support; 9) fixing the third pin in the distal half-ring so that visually in the frontal plane the second metacarpal bone is an extension of the radial bone; in th
