Hydrophobic liquids are microencapsulated by an enteric matrix in an environment substantially free of organic solvents. The process includes forming an emulsion of the enteric material and hydrophobic liquid in water, titrating the emulsion with an acid to form a particulate precipitate and optionally coating the particulate with a combination of enteric material and plasticizer.실질적으로 유기 용매가 없는 환경에서 소수성 액체가 장용성 매트릭스에 의해 마이크로캡슐화된다. 본 방법은 물 속에서의 장용성 물질 및 소수성 액체의 에멀젼 형성, 에멀젼의 산 적정으로의 미립자 침전물 형성 및 선택적으로 장용성 물질과 가소제의 조합물로의 미립자 코팅을 포함한다.
