PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling box constructing device for securely sticking seedling boxes arranged on bed soil with a box arranging machine to bed soil by trampling. SOLUTION: This seedling box constructing device includes intermittently moving a box hopper loading seedling boxes to the horizontal direction of a greenhouse along the oblong machine body of a box arranging machine, bringing down the seedling boxes one by one on bed soil followed by horizontally arranging, advancing the machine body after finishing arranging the seedling boxes in a single horizontal row, by a distance for one seedling box along the vertical direction rail of a greenhouse center followed by arranging in the next single horizontal row. A box trampling machine where a repression roller whose rotation axis is parallel to the horizontal direction of a greenhouse is installed extending to the single horizontal row length of the seedling box is connected to the back of the box arranging machine, and all the seedling boxes in a single horizontal row, arranged with the box arranging machine are simultaneously trampled with the repression roller.
