To selectively and easily use both of a manual handle and an electric motor as a rotary tool for driving a film winding machine.SOLUTION: An adaptor 21 is configured so that an attachment part 22 on a tip side of the adaptor is fixed and attached to an input shaft 5 of a film winding machine 1 in a greenhouse, a coupling part 23 on a base end side of the adaptor can be selectively and detachably coupled to any one of a manual handle 16 or an electrically driven drill 17, a film winding machine 1 can be driven to rotate regardless of whether the manual handle 16 or the electrically driven drill 17 transmitted to the film winding machine 1 is used.
