The body unit comprises a grip, a brush head connected with the grip, and a first and a second flow channel passing through the grip and the brush head, wherein the first and second flow channels are not communicated with each other. The grip has an infusion hole communicated with the first flow channel, and the brush head has multiple first through holes communicated with the first flow channel, and multiple second through holes communicated with the second flow channel. The bristle unit comprises multiple bristle bundles penetratingly disposed at the first and second through holes, respectively. The replenishing unit comprises a replenishing tube communicated with the infusion hole and a replenishing member fillable with liquid.
