PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce granules of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer with improved reliability by producing the granules containing only Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer as a raw material.SOLUTION: According to a production method of the invention, the granules of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer with improved reliability are obtained by producing the granules containing only Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer as a raw material. That is, in the invention, produced are granules in which powders are bound each other by spraying extract derived from Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer to Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer powders, and evaporating a solution component contained in the extract attached to the powders. By having such composition, production of the granules containing only Panax ginseng C.A.
