An implantable prosthesis for reconstructing an anatomical feature is disclosed. The implantable prosthesis comprises an implantable body having a shape to reconstruct the anatomical feature. The body includes a plurality of layers of biocompatible material, a channel extending in an axial direction through each of the layers, and a plurality of openings in communication with and extending in a lateral direction from the channel.
