The present invention relates to a physiological signal processing system and a noise filtering method thereof, which mainly provides a sensing device for a user to wear and a filtering device connected to the sensing device. The filtering device receives a users physiological signal and a vibration signal, and executes a noise judgment algorithm to obtain each time interval for the distortion noise based on the vibration signal. The filtering device filters out the distortion noise corresponding to each time interval in the physiological signal according to the obtained time intervals, and performs signal compensation for the physiological signal that has filtered out the distortion noise in order to reduce the characteristic error affected by the distortion error in estimating the physiological signal. In this way, when the user is in driving or in moving, time for the distortion noise is obtained through the noise judgment algorithm, and the distortion noise in the physiological signal is filtered out in order to achieve the purpose of improving the accuracy of physiological signal characteristics.本發明係一種生理訊號處理系統及其過濾雜訊方法,主要係由使用者配戴一感測裝置並連結一濾波裝置,該濾波裝置係接收一使用者的生理訊號以及一震動訊號,並執行一雜訊判斷演算法以根據震動訊號取得含失真雜訊的各個時間區間,該濾波裝置依照所取得的各個時間區間,濾除生理訊號中對應各個時間區間的失真雜訊,並對濾除失真雜訊後的生理訊號進行訊號補償,以降低估算生理訊號時,受失真雜訊影響而產生的特徵誤差;藉此,當使用者於駕駛或移動中,透過該雜訊判斷演算法取得失真雜訊的時間,並濾除生理訊號的失真雜訊,以達到提升生理訊號特徵之精確度的目的。10‧‧‧感測裝置20‧‧‧濾波裝置
