PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a fastening force of an elastic member of a girth part to be adjusted without changing a girth dimension.SOLUTION: In an underpants type disposable diaper, a waist edge part elastic member is fixed parts 24f where width direction both end parts are fixed to an exterior body 20. Between the fixed parts 24f, an exterior body 20 is provided with a non-fixed free part 24m. The free part 24m is a stretchable part 24t where a removable member 30 attachable to/removable from the exterior body 20 is attached to a part in a width direction and a part other than the attached part of the removable member 30 is stretchable.
