An alkaloid compound, preparation method thereof and use thereof as an antiviral agent against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1). The preparation comprises: first performing strain fermentation and culturing of a fungus, Scopulariopsis sp. (TA01-33) and extracting and concentrating the fermentation liquid, then sequentially performing normal phase chromatography with silica gel, column chromatography with Sephadex LH-20 gel and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), so as to obtain a compound of formula I, and performing a series of routine chemical reactions on the compound of formula I to obtain compounds of formulas II-V. The present invention further provides an antiviral agent against HSV-1, wherein the compounds of formulas I-V in the present invention or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are used to treat a disease caused by HSV-1.Linvention concerne un composé alcaloïde, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation en tant quagent antiviral contre le virus herpès simplex de type 1 (VHS-1). La préparation comprend les étapes consistant à : effectuer dans un premier temps la fermentation de la souche et la culture dun champignon, Scopulariopsis sp. (TA01-33) et extraire et concentrer le liquide de fermentation, puis exécuter séquentiellement une chromatographie en phase normale avec un gel de silice, une chromatographie sur colonne avec le gel Sephadex LH-20 et une chromatographie liquide à haute performance (HPLC), de manière à obtenir un composé de formule I, et réaliser une série de réactions chimiques de routine sur le composé de formule I pour obtenir des composés de formules II-V. La présente invention concerne en outre un agent antiviral dirigé contre VHS-1, les composés des formules I-V de la présente invention ou les sels correspondants pharmaceutiquement acceptables étant utilisés pour traiter une maladie provoquée par VHS-1.
