PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing and care recording system that allows for a PC input operation without confirming an input state visually nor using fingers.SOLUTION: A hands-free nursing and care recording system communicates with a server of an AI assistant 11 through wireless communication such as Wi-Fi 6 or Bluetooth (R), communicates contents input by speech at a communicator body attached to a body and a headset 2 in which earphones and a microphone are made a set as a response of an optimal solution machine learned by deep learning, and thereby complements input operation by a key or touch performed from a terminal such as a PC or a smart phone by voice.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】目視で入力状態を確認することなく手指を使うことなくＰＣ入力操作のできる、看護・介護記録システムを提供する。【解決手段】ハンズフリーの看護・介護記録システムは、Ｗｉ－Ｆｉ６、Ｂｌｕｅｔｏｏｔｈ（登録商標）等の無線通信を経由して、ＡＩアシスタント１１のサーバーに通信し、身体に装着した通信器本体とイヤホンとマイクがセットになったヘッドセット２にて発話で入力を行った内容を、ディープラーニングによって機械学習された最適解の応答にてコミュニケーションをとることで、ＰＣやスマートフォンなどの端末から行っていたキーやタッチによる入力操作を、音声で補完する。【選択図】図１
