The horizontal stand (15) includes a pair of screw combining ends (154, 156) with screws which are formed on both ends of a body (152) in a long rod shape. The screw combining ends (154, 156) of the horizontal stand (15) are combined to separate the connection ports (13, 14, 17, 18) on specific locations along the longitudinal direction of the two pillars (11, 12) to be fixed to the pillars (11, 12), and at least one hook shaped shade fixing clip (16) protruding from the body (152) of the horizontal stand (15) towards a specific direction.
