A drag mechanism (7) is arranged between a spool (4) and a spool shaft (15) and includes at least one first drag washer (61), at least one second drag washer (62a, 62b) and a drag knob (63). The at least one first drag washer (61) has on an outer circumferential portion with at least one interlock protrusion (61a). The at least one second drag washer (62a, 62b) is arranged with respect to the first drag washer (61) along an axial direction of the spool (4). The drag knob (63) is configured to be threaded onto the spool shaft (15) to selectively adjust an amount of pressure acting on the first and second drag washers (62a, 62b).本發明之課題是在於針對拖曳機構,即使為前後方向長度短之拖曳收納凹部,亦可儘可能遞增大內徑。用以解決課題之手段為:拖曳機構7是配置於:沿著前後方向所配置的捲筒軸、與突緣固定構件55的筒部55a旋入到形成於內周面的卡止槽60d沿著前後方向所形成的拖曳收納凹部60之捲筒4之間,以制動捲筒之旋轉的機構,其具備有第1拖曳墊圈61、第2拖曳墊圈62a、62b、及拖曳旋鈕63。第1拖曳墊圈是在外周部具有卡止於卡止槽之1個或以90度以下的位相所配置的複數個卡止突起部61a,對於捲筒不能旋轉,且外徑較筒部的內徑小之至少一個墊圈。第2拖曳墊圈是與第1拖曳墊圈於捲筒軸方向排列且交互配置,對於捲筒軸不能旋轉,且外徑較筒部的內徑小之至少一個墊圈。拖曳旋鈕是被旋入於捲筒軸,可調整對於兩拖曳墊圈之按壓量的旋鈕。
