PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to observe long-term progress suitably.SOLUTION: An ophthalmological analysis apparatus obtains analysis results of tomograms of a subject eye captured on different days by an ophthalmological optical coherence tomography, and outputs statistical information prepared from time series data of the analysis results. The ophthalmological analysis apparatus comprises: instruction acceptance means for accepting a selection instruction from an examiner to select an analysis area of the subject eye and control means for obtaining the analysis results for the analysis area, which was selected by the instruction acceptance means, in association with the tomograms captured on the different days and for outputting the statistical information.
