PURPOSE: A method for producing a large amount of Lilium spp Bulblets by shoot proliferation and liquid medium addition is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing large amount of Lilium spp Bulblets comprises: a step of preparing a shoot in an MS medium containing benzyladenine and indole acetic acid from Lilium spp Bulblets scale-derived basal tissue； a step of proliferating shoot lumps in the MS medium； a step of adding a primary liquid medium containing MS medium salt, activated charcoal, and sucrose and inducing formation of bulblet formation； and a step of promoting enlargement of the bulblet by adding a secondary liquid medium containing MS medium salt and sucrose.본 발명은 벤질아데닌 0.5~2.0 mg/L 및 인돌아세트산 0.3~0.7 mg/L 가 단용 또는 혼용 첨가된 MS 배지에서 나리의 인편 유래 저반부 조직으로부터 신초를 유기하는 단계, 상기 유기된 신초로부터 벤질아데닌 0.5~1.0 mg/L 및 인돌아세트산 0.3~0.7 mg/L 가 단용 또는 혼용 첨가된 MS 배지에서 신초 덩어리를 증식시키는 단계, 상기 증식된 신초 덩어리가 있는 배양용기에 2~3배 MS 배지 염류, 활성탄 5~10 g/L 및 수크로스 200~300 g/L를 함유한 1차 액체 배지를 첨가하여 소자구의 형성 및 비대를 유도하는 단계 및 2~3배 MS 배지 염류 및 수크로스 150~200 g/L를 함유한 2차 액체 배지를 재첨가하여 소자구의 비대를 촉진시키는 단계를 포함하는 나리 자구의 기내 대량생산 방법과 상기 방법에 의해 생산된 나리 자구에 관한 것이다.
