Disclosed is a compound material comprised of a polymer body having multiple interconnected cavities formed thereon, multiple nano balls embedded in the polymer body and active compositions containing in the nano balls. In the compound material of the invention, the nano balls have multiple interconnected cavities and high ratio superficial measures for increasing the carrying load of active compositions adhered thereto.
