PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applied instrument to be used for a bone fixation system using a stretchable bone fixation member and capable of simplifying tasks when applying the stretchable bone fixation member to the bone.SOLUTION: Applied instruments 30, 40 of a bone fixation member are an applied instrument for applying stretchable bone fixation members 10, 20 to the bone which has: first rod-shaped bodies 10A, 20A which are arranged on an end side in an axial direction and provided with first bone engaging structures and second rod-shaped bodies 10B, 20B which are arranged on a distal end side in the axial direction and configure slidable stretchable structures in the axial direction between the first rod-shaped bodies and themselves.
