PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cosmetic which: can form on the skin surface a homogeneous and flexible film with a lamellar α-gel structure containing powders, which adhere homogeneously and come off by friction hardly can give a high moisturizing effect has no stickiness when applying and exhibits the effect of the powders effectively and continuously for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The invention provides a skin cosmetic containing the following component (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), and (F): (A) 0.5-6 mass% of linear saturated fatty acid of carbon number 12-22 (B) 0.010-5 mass% of organic base (C) 0.010-1 mass% of inorganic base (D) 0.5-6 mass% of linear saturated alcohol of carbon number 12-22 (E) 0.05-9 mass% of powders and (F) water.
