PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus capable of effectively preventing damage of operation wires and a tubular body without lowering a yield even when being placed under high-temperature environment during a manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A medical apparatus (a catheter) 1 includes: a tubular body a plurality of operation wires connected to the tubular body an operation-part body 94 and a bending operation part 92 rotatably and slidably provided at the operation-part body 94. One of the operation-part body 94 and the bending operation part includes an engagement projection 97, and the other includes an engagement groove 924 engageable with the engagement projection 97.
