The present invention relates to a method and a wearable device for electrocardiogram measurement which use an acceleration sensor to remove dynamic noise caused by a movement included in an electrocardiogram signal of a wearable device. According to the present invention, the wearable device for electrocardiogram measurement comprises: an electrocardiogram measurement unit, an acceleration measurement unit, a processor to process signals measured from the electrocardiogram measurement unit and the acceleration measurement unit, and a communication unit to transmit a signal processed by the processor to a terminal. Specifically, the processor performs: a step of receiving an electrocardiogram signal from the electrocardiogram measurement unit, and receiving an acceleration signal from the acceleration measurement unit； a step of analyzing the received acceleration signal to determine whether a frequency of the acceleration signal is in a designated range； a step of determining whether the electrocardiogram has been transmitted for a designated time or longer if the frequency of the acceleration signal is in the designated range； a step of compensating the electrocardiogram signal with the acceleration signal if the frequency of the acceleration signal is in the designated range and transmission of the electrocardiogram signal is completed； and a step of transmitting the compensated electrocardiogram signal to the terminal.본 발명은 가속도 센서를 이용하여 웨어러블 디바이스의 심전도 신호에 포함된 움직임에 따른 동 잡음을 제거한 심전도 측정 방법 및 심전도 측정 웨어러블 디바이스에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 심전도 측정 웨어러블 디바이스는, 심전도 측정부와, 가속도 측정부와, 상기 심전도 측정부 및 가속도 측정부로 부터 측정된 신호를 처리하기 위한 프로세서와, 상기 프로세서에서 처리된 신호를 단말기로 전송하기 위한 통신부를 포함한다. 특히, 상기 프로세서는, 상기 심전도 측정부로부터 심전도 신호를 전송받고, 상기 가속도 측정부로부터 가속도 신호를 전송받는 단계와, 전송받은 가속도 신호를 분석하여, 가속도 신호의 주파수가 정해진 범위에 있는 지를 판단하는 단계와, 가속도 신호의 주파수가 정해진 범위에 있는 경우, 정해진 시간 이상 측정된 심전도 신호가 전송되었는 지를 판단하는 단계와, 가속도 신호의 주파수가 정해진 범위에 있고 심전도 신호 전송이 완료된 경우, 심전도 신호를 가속도 신호로 보상하는 단계와, 상기 보상된 심전도 신호를 단말기로 전송하는 단계를 수행하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다
