PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance where a top plate arranged in an appliance such as a cart terminal and an attachment part of a component to be arranged in the top plate are attached with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An appliance includes: nearly columnar right and left leg frames and beam frames that are upper and lower beam frames disposed over the upper and lower parts of the leg frames between the leg frames, where beam members, each of which has a nearly U shape cross section, are arranged to allow their opening sides to symmetrically face each other in at least the upper beam frames.
