PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occlusal plane plate being usable for dentulous cases with malocclusion.SOLUTION: An occlusal plane plate 1 used for observing the occlusal plane of a patient, is composed of an extraoral support part and an intraoral insertion part. The intraoral insertion part extends from the front side of the extraoral support part in the direction of the patient. The intraoral insertion part includes a through-hole 34 having such length and shape as to store at least parts of maxillary teeth of the person with malocclusion.
