PURPOSE: A manufacturing method is provided to raise a dried yellow corvina which has a gonaosomatic index in an indoor culture system by using sea breeze and refrigerated wind. CONSTITUTION: (a) Fry gained from scattering fertilization are raised 4-6 months while a water temperature is maintained to be 11-15°;C from November. (b) Female corvinas for which gonaosomatic index values are 7-10% are selected from the raised live yellow corvina. (c) The selected female yellow corvinas are refrigerated in -20 to -30°;C and stored alive. (d) The stored female yellow corvinas are thawed for 18-24 hours and preserved with salt for 8-12 hours. (e) The yellow corvinas preserved with salt is dried by a sea breeze, and a water content percentage of the yellow corvinas becomes 67-70%.
