Disclosed is a diffuser emitting fragrance. The diffuser of the present invention comprises: a docking station which has an inserting port in an upper side thereof and a first accommodating space communicated with the inserting port therein； a portable device which is inserted into and withdrawn from the first accommodating space, and has an emitting port in an upper side thereof and a second accommodating space communicated with the emitting port therein； and a cartridge which is inserted into and withdrawn from the second accommodating space, has a fluid having scent accommodated therein and emits the fluid by using an ultrasonic wave oscillator. The ultrasonic wave oscillator receives power from the portable device, and through the portable device, receives power from the docking station. According to the present invention, the diffuser can be fixed and portable, is excellent in terms of expression and light transfer from the docking station to the portable device, and can be used variously.
