PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition for microinsemination, an unfertilized egg, a fertilized egg and an embryo-utilizing liquid composition, which have few problems such as cytotoxicity, can reliably perform microinsemination, and improve pregnancy results. The microinsemination method used and the activation method of unfertilized eggs, fertilized eggs and embryos are provided. SOLUTION: 0-35 mmol / L sodium ion, 30-50 mmol / L potassium ion, 5-10 mmol / L magnesium ion, 0.5-2 mmol / L calcium ion, 15-35 mmol / L. A liquid composition for microfertilization containing L phosphate ion, 0 to 2 mmol / L chloride ion, 5 to 15 mmol / L carbonate ion, and 5 to 10 mmol / L sulfate ion, and pyruvate or its own.
