According to the present invention, the brainwave map generating service apparatus comprises: a communication unit to transmit and receive data to and from at least one terminal a control unit to map brainwave information onto each region using location information when the brainwave information and the location information is received from at least one terminal through the communication unit analyzing the brainwave information and generating a brainwave map including a statistical region-based brainwave state in accordance to the analysis result. By analyzing the commercial areas using the generated brainwave map, a marketing service can be provided.
