The present invention relates to a plant cultivating device having a dehumidifying function using a thermoelectric device, wherein the plant cultivating device comprises: a body which has a cultivating space for cultivating plants and includes a ventilation unit prepared therein in order to supply and discharge air and a thermoelectric device which has a heat absorbing unit and a heating unit prepared at both sides thereof so as to absorb heat and generate heat using the Peltier effect, wherein the heat absorbing unit is installed in order to be exposed in the ventilation unit, and air passing through the ventilation unit is condensed by being cooled so that dehumidification is performed. By means of the plant cultivating device having a dehumidifying function using a thermoelectric device according to the present invention, the surrounding environment is dehumidified so that a clean environment can be provided in a place where the plant cultivating device is installed. Using the thermoelectric device for dehumidification, the plant cultivating device has a simple structure so as to be a compact, lightweight, and low cost plant cultivating device.
