The object of the invention is a leg-foot orthosis, hinged at the ankle, to be employed in the functional recovery phase after a traumatic event or in case of injury of the foot bones or of the capsular ligament apparatus of the ankle and of the rearfoot, provided with a hinge mechanism that joins its main constituent parts by means of a pair of pins and which enables the foot to make a roto-translatory motion by executing natural flexion/extension movements.La présente invention concerne une orthèse jambe-pied, articulée au niveau de la cheville, à utiliser dans la phase de récupération fonctionnelle après un événement traumatique ou dans le cas d'une lésion de l'os du pied ou des ligaments capsulaires de la cheville et de l'arrière pied, ladite orthèse étant dotée d'un mécanisme à charnière qui joint ses principales parties constitutives au moyen d'une paire de goupilles et qui permet que le pied effectue un mouvement de roto-translation en exécutant les mouvements naturels de flexion/extension.
