PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bactericidal discharge water device for a bath room wash place capable of efficiently sterilizing a wash place floor with a small amount of hypochlorous acid-containing bactericidal water, and a bath room unit.SOLUTION: Provided is a bactericidal water discharge device for a bath room wash place discharging hypochlorous acid-containing bactericidal water on a wash place floor, comprising: a bactericidal water generation part generating the bactericidal water from the water to be fed； a nozzle with a water discharge port making the bactericidal water into a mist shape so as to be discharged to the wash place floor； and a control part moving the nozzle and performing the control of changing the washing region discharged with the bactericidal water.
