Disclosed are dihydroindolone compounds of formula I, or pharmaceuticallyacceptable salts thereof, which can modulate the activity of protein tyrosinekinases. Amethod for preparing the same, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising thesame arealso disclosed. Also disclosed are use of such compounds and pharmaceuticalcompositions thereof in the treatment and/or prophylaxis of protein tyrosinekinaseassociated diseases in an organism, particularly in the treatment and/orprophylaxis oftumors and fibroblast proliferation associated diseases.(see formula I)
