A manufacturing method of a medicine forming agent of the baicalin self-minute emulsifier system is obtained by the method. A hygienic product includes the medicine forming agent of the baicalin self-minute emulsifier system.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (AA) Good result바이칼린의 자가미세유화시스템 방법을 이용한 제제화는 항염 및 항균활성을 가지고 있는 바이칼린을 용해도를 높여 가글, 치약 및 손세정제 등에 다양하게 사용할 수 있다.바이칼린에 대한 용해도를 측정하기 위해 먼저 oil, surfactant, cosurfactant 각각에 대한 용해도를 측정하고 혼용성 실험을 실시하여 침전되지 않고 투명하게 용해되는 배합을 확인하여 oil은 Miglyol 812, surfactant로는 Tween 40, Tween 80, PluonicL 81과 cosurfactant로는 Cabitol, Plurol oleique, Lauroglycol 90을 선정하였다.위의 결과 조건에서 surfactant간과, cosurfactant간 과의 혼용성을 관찰한 결과 surfactant는 Tween 40, Tween 80 모두 Pluonic L81과는 혼용성이 좋았으며, Cabitol은 Plurol oleique와 Lauroglycol90과 혼용성이 좋았으며 Plurol oleique와 Lauroglycol 90과도 혼용성이 양호하였다.이상의 결과에 따라 최적의 자가유화시스템이 될 수 있도록 바이칼린에 대해 oil은 Miglyol 20중량%, surfactant 40중량%(Tween 80 : Pluonic L81 = 1:1) 그리고 cosurfactant 40중량%(Cabitol : Plurol oleiqur = 1:1)이 바이칼린을 제제화 시켜 소재로 사용하기에 가장 최적으로 적합한 배합비이다. 상기와 같은 바이칼린의 자가미세유화시스템 방법은 항염 및 항균활성이 뛰어난 바이칼린의 용해도를 높여 가글, 치약 및 손세정제 등에 용이하게 이용될 수 있다.
