PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement technology for setting a region of interest on elasticity information.SOLUTION: A displacement measurement unit 30 measures displacement of a tissue in a subject (e.g., in the liver) based on a reception signal acquired from a transmission/reception unit 12, and calculates a displacement vector at a plurality of measurement points in a scan plane. A displacement determination unit 40 determines whether or not the tissue displacement is good at each measurement point based on the displacement vector at the plurality of measurement points.
