PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component for thighbones which can flexibly deal with a wide range of forms and sizes in the case of selecting an optimal form and size for a patient in accordance with the patients situations and can be composed in correspondence to a varieties of forms and sizes with a small number of members even during an operation.SOLUTION: A neck part member 11 is engaged with a femoral head ball 103 to be used in an artificial hip joint. A taper member 12 can be engaged with the neck part member 11, is formed so that it spreads into a taper shape towards a side engaged with the neck part member 11, and has at least a part of the surface applied by surface roughening.
