PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of ultrasonic endoscopes facilitating the passing of flexible base plates provided at an extension end of a signal cable of an ultrasonic probe, through the interior of an insertion section flexible tube, despite narrow-diameter ultrasonic endoscopes.SOLUTION: Before a signal cable 12 is inserted into a flexible tube 1, respective flexible base plates 15 are curved into a state aligned along the outer face of an elongated guide rod 21 loosely insertable/removable with respect to the interior of the flexible tube, the flexible base plates are wrapped with a cover tube 23 in a lump to be pulled out from the distal end side 1a to the proximal side 1b of the flexible tube 1 and, after the plurality of flexible base plates 15 are taken out from the proximal end of the flexible tube 1, the guide rod 21 and the cover tube 23 are detached from the flexible base plates 15.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】細径の超音波内視鏡であっても、超音波プローブの信号ケーブルの延出端に設けられたフレキシブル基板が、挿入部可撓管内を容易に通過できるようにした超音波内視鏡の組立方法を提供すること。【解決手段】信号ケーブル12を可撓管1内に挿通する前に、可撓管1内に緩く挿脱自在な細長いガイド棒21の外面に沿う状態に各フレキシブル基板15を湾曲させ、それらを被覆チューブ23で一まとめに包み込んだ状態にして可撓管1の先端側1aから基端側1bに引き出し、複数のフレキシブル基板15が可撓管1の基端から外に出た状態にしてから、ガイド棒21と被覆チューブ23をフレキシブル基板15から取り外すようにした。【選択図】 図1
