The present invention relates to the field of immunotherapy and more specifically to a composition comprising non-structural (NS) HCV antigens or expression vector(s) thereof to be used in combination with antiviral therapy (e.g. interferon and ribavirin standard of care (SOC) therapy) for treating an hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection.
