PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device design for manufacturing a molded composite component which is uniformly constructed, and a method for manufacturing an implant composite material.SOLUTION: There is essence of this device design in that the device has a distribution assembly, a guide unit (11), which is so positioned as to face a dispensation unit, exists above a formwork unit (14) and is slidably fitted onto a vertical frame (19), a pressing assembly (20), which comprises a piston rod (25) having a rammer (27) at an end thereof, exists above the guide unit (11), and the piston rod (25) is located in a casing (24) into which a pneumatic pipeline (23) is connected.
