There is provided a shampoo capable of exhibiting good foam ability and foam quality of good slipperiness upon shampooing and exhibiting a smooth feel of hair upon rinsing and imparting good luster and manageability to finished hair.The water-based hair shampoo comprises (A) 1-30 mass% of an anionic surfactant, (B) 0.01-10 mass% of a block copolymer of amino-modified organopolysiloxane chain and polyoxyalkylene chain, (C) 0.01-5 mass% of a water-soluble cationic polymer 100,000-1,900,000 in molecular weight and 0.6-4 meq/g in cationic charge density and (D) 0.1-10 mass% of a pearlizing agent comprising at least one kind selected from ethylene glycol monoalkyl ester, ethylene glycol dialkyl ester, ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether and ethylene glycol dialkyl ether.本發明係提供洗髮時具有良好之起泡和滑溜佳之泡質,且於沖洗時具有滑溜觸感,且,對於加工的頭髮賦予光澤和集中之毛髮洗淨劑。係為含有下列成分(A)、(B)、(C)及(D)之水性毛髮洗淨劑(A)1~30質量%之陰離子活性劑、(B)0.01~10質量%之胺基改質有機聚矽氧烷鏈與聚氧伸烷基鏈之嵌段共聚合體、(C)0.01~5質量%之分子量10萬~190萬、陽離子電荷密度0.6~4meq/g之水溶性陽離子聚合物、(D)0.1~10質量%之含有選自乙二醇單烷酯、乙二醇二烷酯、乙二醇單烷醚、及乙二醇二烷醚至少一種物質之珠光劑。
