The present invention relates to a cinerary urn including an inner urn (10) in which pulverized ashes are stored an outer urn (20) which is positioned on the outside of the inner urn (10) and a moisture absorbing member (30) which is positioned between the inner urn (10) and the outer urn (20) to be capable of performing moisture absorption and smell absorption and is capable of preventing the inner urn (10) from being shaken. According to the present invention, the cinerary urn is formed of wood and is formed so that the inner urn and the outer urn are separated from each other, and an upper outer circumferential surface of a main body portion and a lower inner circumferential surface of a cover portion are formed at an angle and are coupled through insertion by force, and thus sealability is enhanced between the inner urn and an outside urn for excellent waterproof and moisture-proof effects. Also, an inner urn receiving portion is formed between a floor member of the inner urn and a floor member of the outer urn at a predetermined gap for smooth ventilation.
