Disclosed is a method for evaluating material properties of a knee ligament. According to embodiments of the present invention, the method for evaluating material properties of a knee ligament (S100) comprises: a load application step (S110) of applying a load with a predetermined magnitude to knees in a specific direction while a patient to be measured is lying on his or her side and his or her knees are bent at a predetermined angle; a photographing step (S120) of performing CT scanning on the knees bent at the predetermined angle to obtain photographed data; a knee model generation step (S130) of generating a three-dimensional model for finite element analysis of the knees and setting a material property value of the knee ligament as an average material property value based on the data obtained in the photographing step; a sensitive body part selection step (S140) of selecting a ligament having sensitivity equal to or higher than a predetermined measurement value through sensitivity analysis of the knee ligament; and material property optimization step (S150) of optimizing the material property value of the ligament selected in the sensitive body part selection step based on a pressing force value applied in the load application step and the photographed data obtained in the photographing step.
