To provide a solid preparation which contains loxoprofen or a salt thereof, has proper hardness, can dissolve rapidly in oral cavity, has excellent stability in appearance, and can be taken without water.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a solid preparation which can be taken without water and contains loxoprofen or a salt thereof, and silicon dioxide whose content is 0.1-0.45 parts by mass to 1 parts by mass of loxoprofen or a salt thereof.
