PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish nippers capable of easily stopping the rotation and fixing holding arms or releasing the fixing, and improving the operability.SOLUTION: The fish nippers have a locking mechanism 10 for stopping the rotation and fixing a pair of holding arms 2 and 3 at an optionally selected angle of rotation in a rotation spindle part by moving toward one end in the axial direction of the rotation spindle part, and for releasing the stopping and fixing by moving toward the other end side in the axial direction.
